I had a roof leak in my house and I called an adjuster whom I had used before from A1 Damage Property,to aide me in filing claim.He came with some machinery which he said would enable me in getting a better claim from the insurance and at the same time procure my home.He called in the claim and proceed to install the machines,I asked him who will be paying for these machines and he said he would put a claim in to my insurance and the cost would be anywhere from $2500.00-$5000.00.He said WaterrestorationRus is an affiliate company of A1 Property.He said the duration process for these machines is 3 days, the machines should have been from Aug.29-Sept.1,2012.He said he is Jewish and could not pick up the machines on the Saturday if I could allow the machines to stay until Sunday he will pick them up. I made couple of calls to him on Sunday to come get the machines finally he did. He went ahead and bill my insurance company $11570.32 . The adjuster from Citizens insurance company said that the bill was way too high and rejected it he re-issue a new bill for $10,900.00 which the adjuster said is still too high and he had compare similar bills for the same type of job and he has never seen any this high and the money did not warrant the services rendered.These machines did nothing to my house except escalate my electric bill and damages to the walls of my house.This is a financial robbery and insurance fraud. He billed my insurance an extra day which shouldn't have been billed because it is no fault of mine why he could and did not pick up his machine. I want it out there to warn other consumers like myself to be aware of these people with these machines claiming that they will bill your insurance. This is robbery and abuse and fraud so people beware of them because these machines do nothing to help your house only a lot of noise and run your light bill very high .His information was misleading he told me one price the went ahead and bill my insurance twice the money i want an investigation and please let others beware.
