- I am the same person as above and I do not seem to be able to followup on my original complaint so I am doing it here. I originally was contacted by a Rosemary Michael who claimed that her parents were deceased by poisoning and her relatives and told her to leave or she would die too. She said she had fled to a refugee camp in hiding and that there was several million dollars her father had left to her in a trunk box held by EcoMail and it just needed to be delivered to me and I could then take some funds from it and send it to her so she could flee the country and be safe. She said she had applied as a student to Australia. We had several emails and built up quite a nice relationship (or so I had thought) I eventually was asked to pay the fee so that EcoMail could send me by diplomatic courier the trunk box and I paid them US$4217 for this fee but it was not delivered! Surprise surprise and they then wanted more money to pay for the storage of said box before releasing it! It was then that I realised I had been scammed and that I had paid over thousands of dollars to these scam artists and now am left out of pocket. Rosemary emailed me documents to support her claim, her faithers death certificate, photo of is funeral with her father in an open coffin, doctors death certificate, copy of the will leaving this trunk box in care of EcoMail until she was able to find someone to act as beneficiary on her behalf and invest these funds for her future inheritance. So with all the documentation I believed her and now I am way out of pocket and since it has been made clear to her that I will not be able to pay any more money her emails have stopped. The only way I can cope with this emotionally is to say to myself "these people must need it more than I do and it is my contribution to mankind, it is my donation to charity" and I have forgiven them but I am still out of pocket by a lot of money that I cannot afford to me and I desperately needed this money for myself.
