Do NOT Buy from this website. I ordered a baby carrier on sale. When it didn't show up after 10 days, I chatted online with the company. They had no record of my purchase although they charged my credit card. They wouldn't tell me the name of their company (besides the website name). I asked them if they were located in China and several times requested the name of their company. They finally hung up on me. Luckily it had been recent enough for me to dispute the charges. Their parent company also sells NIKE Air Jordans. Don't be fooled by the website www.ergobabycarrierergo.com because it looks exactly like the legal, reputable one. If the price sounds too good to be true, IT IS!!!
