Ordered Spanish Levels 1-5 from site that looked exactly like real Rosetta Stone site. Product came from China. I called Rosetta Stone and they have confirmed that this is pirated software, and cannot be supported in any way by Rosetta Stone. Per representative, the ONLY valid site for Rosetta Stone is www.rosettastone.com.
