their phone# is 1-800-255-0372 We booked a hotel reservation thru tripres.com at the Aria in Las Vegas well in advance . When we got to the Aria they said we didn't have a reservation because tripres.com didn't pay them. They said they filed bankruptcy. So we paid $1113.00 to tripres.com and they kept the money and we had to find and pay again for another hotel in Las Vegas. I called and tested tripres.com the same day we were supposed to check into our hotel, to see if they would take another reservation from us and take our money again. They were going to do it again! Take our money via bank card over the phone and act like they were going to book our room. I called them on it just when they were going to take my reservation and they hung up on me. Furthermore, Aria was going to make us pay them again and wouldn't honor the $1113.00 we had already paid for the reservation. I told them it was our first time at the Aria, our 25th wedding anniversary and my 50th birthday. They still wouldn't honor it and they just kept telling me over and over again there was nothing they could do for me, that I would have to pay again if we wanted to stay. Needless to say, we left and went to another hotel.

I can see tripres not paying their creditors under bankruptcy. But I'm a customer and I paid them for a service I never received. How do I get my money back from them or make them accountable some how?

  • I feel your pain, Richard. I just found out myself about our reservations in Vegas over Thanksgiving. You need to contact your financial instution and they can dispute the charge for you. I called my mastercard co on Mon when I found out and have been reimbursed. Good luck..
