Im 19 looking for a school, and one day i got a call from "ban sterok" stating that i was approved of a government grant of 9,200 Dollars, i didnt know better and believed him cause i was in need of money, he asked for my bank account/routing number. i was very speciousness but i had no money in my bank anyways so i gave him it, afterwards he said in order to get my money i have to donate to a charity. i did not want to do that cause i have no money, finally i decided to borrow my parents money and went to "donate" turns out i had to transfer money to Thuy Thi Thu Cao in Vietnam, i am also from Vietnam so the thought of helping my native country kept me going. afterwards he got me to call 6463979911 his name was smith he said everything was done wait a few hours for the transaction to go through. so i waited patiently, shortly after i tried calling back and both numbers said "the person you reached is unavailable" so i went online to research this and found out a lot of people got the same calls but they did not fall for it. i feel like a total idiot for believing in something that could change my life and made it better...
