I ordered a customized jersey from the website: authenticgiantsshoponline.com for $119. The website seemed legit until after I already ordered. I did not receive a receipt or any tracking information but my credit card was immediately charged $123 with the description SMENG NETWORK TE. This was two days ago and no response from the company, even after I emailed requesting a receipt. Now their page won't even load and they didn't have a phone number to contact them. I see now they are a scam, and I will be working with my bank to somehow stop the payment if possible since I'm fairly certain I will never see my item.

- I had the same thing happened. As I posted earlier, I though I odered True Religion jeans from an outlet store.But when I saw "Smeng Network Technology" on my credit card statement, I realized it's fraud. I emailed the seller to cancel the order, but got an email "Delivery to tis recipient failed permenantly" Therfore, I disputed the transaction, and my credit card company believed my story. The bank put the money back to my credit card. Then I got the package yesterday, and it turned out to be all ugly fake jeans that nobody would not wear it. I wanted to refuse the packge, but there wasn't a valid return address. Also finally I got an email from seller,Agatha chen <[email protected]> "Please cancel the chargeback, we don't want to lose money". After that, the seller has still been ignoring my emails asking their address for the return.
