We ordered two iPhone cases off this website on November first and then November sixth we ordered two more. The website said it should take 4-14 days for shipping. We live fairly close to New York so we figured it should take long and we were getting suspicious today when our order still hadn't been processed. So we emailed the people and they said it was due to hurricane Sandy which is understandable since they are from New York. Then we did more research and found out that the company just takes your money and doesn't send your products from many review sites. We tried calling but no one answers and many other people were having the same problem that's when we knew it was a scam and we have been trying to get our money back but aren't getting a reply from the company.

  • This "complaint" is completely false. We shipped the first order this week and this person needs to wait until next week for delivery. The second order is being shipped now. The hurricane took out power in our area since last week and we needed to move to an alternate location just to process orders and respond to comments. We process all orders in about 1-3 days but might need additional time for ordrs such as this which to be hoenst were flagged by our system for Fraud review which requires additional measures which for security reasons we cannot share. This person did not contact us and breached our sale agreement.

  • We will speak to you today about your orders and about the sale agreement. We had now power or internet for a week and had to move to an alternate location due to the hurricane outages which still persist giving us a back log of many inquiries and orders from that time causing som delays. This is not the way to contact us though, and we sent emails to you but they are probably being blocked or overlooked which we will resolve with you. Either way we shipped both orders and both will arrive to you as expected. More importantly, delays due to weather and outages or for any other reason do not mean you may violate the sale agreement, nor does it give any customer the right to non-compliance with our policies and terms so we need to resolve these issues with you as soon as possible.

  • I received two out of the four cases. Unfortune it that they are fake. I contacted lifeproof to verify them after after I took them to the sprint store and they said they were fake also. I am asking you for all my money back.
