They called me, and foolishly I trusted them to help lower my interest rates on 2 credit cards. I was told that if they were unable to get the interest rates reduced within 90 days, I would receive a FULL refund. I have been trying to call them for a week now and get a prerecorded message that their phone systems are down and they will call me. It is time for my refund and now there is nobody there.
