I hired this company to build a deck. They were referred by a local reputable business. The owner,Kris came out to my house and we discussed what we wanted. He came back again with a nice CAD drawing and we agreed on what would be done and a time frame for the work to be completed. Kris asked for a 60% deposit to cover materials. He provided a contact on company letterhead and I paid him and have not heard from him since. I have called and emailed have have gotten no answer.
