i apllied for a loan online small loan 2000 was told i had been approved was told i needed to get 2 walmart prepaid debit cards so i did the min ballance to buy the cards was twenty dollar well next i was told there was a setup fee for the cards and that i needed another card a green dot money pack to pay the fee of 70 dollars per card wasnt sure but i did so they call me and tell me the money has been loaded to the card and i can go pull it from any atm so i go and try well no money i call they tell me i have a choice i can pay another 50 dollars per card because the bank had locked the card or i can not get my money i said ok i just want a refund dont worrie about the loan i think ill figure something else out they say no refund i said ill get a lawyer they hung up and now i cant reach anyone what can i do
