Back in August I searched for loans over the internet. I found a great website and agreed to a loan with cashnetusa. the same day cashnet deposited my loan I noticed another loan in the amount of 250 was deposited in my account. I called my bank and they told me it came from a company called hydrafund but was no number to contact them. I know I did not esign or agree to this company or for the loan through hydrafund! I let it go and they kept withdrawing 60 to 90 dollars out of my account each time. my bank finally closed my account do to over draft by hydrafund. I had no numbers, addresses or anything to get ahold of this company. today I recieved a restricted call from some guy saying that I have a court date set for fraud! I have called every number I can and keep getting the run around. this is a very serious situation for me do to me not ever being introuble with the law. I have ni
