got an email stating i had four free bids on auction website and decided to have a look and try using them, One of the bids won £100 worth of credits at a price of £4.91 i payed using my debit card.a further email was sent as recipt of transactionfor the £4.91. around a week later went to use my card and there was no money in my account so went inside and got a statement, to my horror found that ask ziinga.com had taken £59.99 on the 18/10 then £1.00 on the 24/10 and also £118.98 on 24/10. halifax plc told me there was nothing they could do as i've willingly given my details, but advised me to ring the company, which i did, apparently buying of their website autiomatticly signs you up to three months membership at £59.99 a month..They agreed to cancel the membership at a cost of £35.00 and that they would refund the money within 7 working days.... this time has elapsed and still no refund.. have rang twice since and keep being told my refund is being processed and will have to wait another 7 days.... i want my money back...... :(
