I RECEIVED AN E MAIL FROM THESE PEOPLE TELLING ME I OWED SOME ONE $945.67 AND THAT THE COMPANY I OWED THEM. NOW I HAVE NO IDEA WHO THEY ARE BUT WHATEVER, I WAS INFORMED THAT I WAS TO BE PROCUTED IN THE COURT HOUSE( WHERE ELSE?)WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS,MY S/S # WAS PUT ON HOLD (CAN NOT BE DONE) BY THE US GOVERNMENT, I HAVE 3 SERIOUS ALLEGATIONS AGAINST ME:1-VIOLATION OF FEDERAL BANKING REGULATION #2- COLLATERAL CHECK FRAUD AND # 3- THEFT BY DECEPTION. WELL NATURALLY THIS GETS ME RATHER UP SET, AS NONE OF THESE THINGS ARE LEGAL. WHAT THIS AMOUNTS TO IS IF ANYONE LIKE ME EVER GOT A PAY DAY LOAN YOU ARE BOUND TO GET THIS CRAP SENT TO YOU IF YOU COULD NOT PAY THE LOANS OFF.THIS IS A SCAM I AM SURE BUT I WOULD APPRECIATE SCAM BOOK TO CHECK IT OUT FOR ME.YOU CAN NOT BE SUED BY THEM FOR NOT PAYING OFF A PAY DAY LOAN.

- Same thing has been happening to me. They threatened to send "a process server" out to my home about a dozen times. The threats are the same that you mentioned. I think this has been going on for a year.

- I HAVE RECEIVED THE SAME ONE WITH ALMOST THE SAME WORDING BUT, THEY WERE USING A DIFFERENT NAME ON THE ONE, AND USED THE HOLD ON MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER ON THAT SCAM TOO.
