introductory 14 day trial for Mizulean offered at £2.49 each. I like others saw upon receipt of the same two bottles with 60 tablets in each. The documentation helpfully stated that if i was enjoying the product i didnot have to do anything and £69.95 for each product would be automatically charged. Having not enjoyed any of the amazing effects the Company suggested i would I decided to cancel. In order to do this the Company ask that you call to obtain a RMA number to return the unsused pills. I called the number within the time limit they stipulate and like others was connected to the Co Op bank wanting to know if i wanted to open an account with them.I have spoken to my bank they say they cannot do anything until the money has actually left my account. I could not cancel without the RMA number. if you go on their website there is no email address. You cannot reply to their confirmation of order email. i just hope that my bank can do something.

- the number to call to cancel this product is 008005859601, you can't cancel till you receive the items, and you will need to send it back with a tracking number, they are not helpful at all, and blatantly tell you that its your own fault for not reading the T&C (i never) but i did get to speak to someone about it, i am going to 'lose' my bank card and get a new one just in case as i still think they will at least try and get 1 months worth of money out of me, as they will use the 14 day returns policy as an excuse, if it takes a week to get delivered, then it might take a week to get back to them, they will not cancel your order or give you the required returns number before hand, so best of luck.

My wife last week purchase the so called free trial. We sent them back to the 26 york street london address but they got returned with no explanation. the 0800 number just me through to the coop bank, I managed to contact them on the 00 0800 number and they were not helpful at all, I cancelled my bank card before they took any payment but I was threatened with teh law if I did not pay.
I am a bit worried, what do you think. I will mnot pay them.

- Did you follow there stupidly strict rules for the return as in get the RMA number, as it states they will not accept any returns without one!! i would ring them back and get this number from them and just return them, as you will then have followed it, you can't help it if you need to replace your bank card for whatever reason, things happen! i am still waiting on delivery of my items to be able to return them.

Hi, I called again and got a number to return the pills, I sent it recorded delivery. I need to keeo a check on the bank to make sure they do not take any money.

- I was scammed too but started reading all the customer complaints 12 hours after I ordered. I immediately rang my credit card company who were VERY aware of Mizulean - they had obviously had to deal with many worried customers. They were very helpful and cancelled my subscription and will not allow the company to take any money from my credit card. What an IDIOT I am NEVER BELIEVE IT WHEN THEY TELL YOU IT'S A FREE TRIAL AND YOU ONLY HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING!
