I was promised a loan for 20,000.00. In the contract they needed a down payment of 850.00 with the understanding that the down payment would be refunded to me after 6 months of on time payments. Wired them the money and never received the money. Spoke with the loan representative Lucy Singh a few days later and she stated the that the loan provider would not give me the loan due to my poor credit rating and needed another 800.00 even though it stated in the loan agreement that DUE to my poor credit rating they needed the 850.00!! Contacted Ms. Singh and til this day of 12/4 I have not received the down payment and the cost of sending it by moneygram another $60.00!!
