Chest-net.com claims to work as a sort of escrow company for e-bay and craigslist. you send them the money and they send you whatever you are purchasing. You hace 10 days to make sure you are happy with the product. If you are not, you have a 10 day to get your money. I have sent the money abd did not get anything.
