    • Palm Loan Advances Complaint / User Submitted Image #174428

I applied for a loan on a website called money today .com,shortly after I noticed Palm Loan Advances posted a auto draft of $30 to my bank account.
Since I had the item returned it cost me $35 to do so.My bank branch manager and I spoke with someone located in a call center somewhere in India proclaiming to be named Sophia employee 384.

I explained that I never requested a loan from Palm Loan Advances nor had I ever heard of them in my life, I requested a return of the $30 and was told I would have to wait 5 days for their "investigation" and was told my "account" would be closed.
I explained I didn't have any account, and that no authorization was made by me, or any representative authorized by me to open any account.

This is a shady company and so is money today .com I'm reporting them to every agency I can find that handles this type of fraud.
