£10 WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT ON 1ST Nov 2012. I do not know this company and never gave authorisation for this transaction. I would like my money back now. I am pensioner and cannot affored this sort of thing..Who are these people and who give them permission to do this sort of thing? I have tried filling in the form for refund but keep getting told wrong zip code and dollar amount. I am in the UK and I want my money back 10 english pounds my poat code is CO16 8JL.
