I have received 3 letters (Express Notice) very close to being identical over a month and a half period stating I had won a large sum of money all of which for the same amount. ($2,536,092.23). They ask for a processing fee of $20.00.Now I have received another letter saying they awaiting claim and payment of $2,342,000.00. This new letter came as a LEGAL NOTICE....prompt response required. The heading starts out with Payment Pending Memorandum..Memo No: 7498007132. At the end of the letter there is a detachable portion (Transmittal Authorization) that they want me to send back $20.00....postmarked before 11/03/12 midnight....there is a look alike check with my name on it with the letter also.
