My girl friend ordered a free sample and ended up with money removed from her account without her permission, she received her fist sample and then it was only when she got a second batch she decided to check her account and noticed two payments missing which she never contented too.
Well I got news for you sylkskin you picked a fight with the wrong person and I am am coming after you, using the law and all financial regulatory bodies and political means to get you shut down, its wrong its misleading and its fraud.
If this has happened to you and your located in the UK this is what you need to do first type BCOBS in to google and reed section 5.1.11
1) inform your bank to stop all future payments to this company ASAP
2) phone the bank first, if no joy write to your bank and complain asking for a refund of all payments you need to mention to them the rule book (bcobs 5.1.11) they have 28 days to reply, if they dont report them to the FSA. they have to prove you did not give consent for these payments, and as you will notice this company is difficult to find once they have your money as their web page no longer pops up on your internet page. so how will the bank state you should of read any terms and conditions as they too will not find any evidence.
The bank said to my girl friend she should of read them even if she did has they wont stand up in a court of law as they have not been up front with there charges. remember the wording (free sample)
If the bank still thinks you are at fault and will not pay you back. you have six months to report the bank to the financial onibus and they will investigate the matter for you.
I am now going to see what pressure I can apply to this company via the USA Securities Exchange Commission and am investigating with an american lawyer friend of mine what legal action we can take against this company and to investigate if there is a case for fraud.
Do not let the banks get away with breaking the rules you can get your money back, if you follow what I have said.
