Fuming and ripped off by this dodgy company! The girl spoke so fast I didn't hear a word she was saying! Told her she was speaking to fast for me
To understand but then she ignored me and carried on anyway. I heard 'premium £89.99' that she said and I instantly told her I did not want to sign up for anything and did not want any money to go out of my account, she kept saying have it and check details and I could always cancel it and I kept tellin her no! Now the next day I notice that £89.99 has gone out of my account for something I told her I did not want and they have also taken something else which I can not see what it is yet! My bank has told me
Wait 15 days to give them the chance to refund the
Money, only I can not wait 15 days as I have 2 small children, only work part time and have bills to pay! I am completely fuming with this company and I will get my money back! I shall go to the main office in person if I have to the bastards! Excuse
My language but that is the only way to describe them!
