A Mr Mark Zimmerman called me to let me know that I had qualified for a $5000 loan, however because I didn't have any collateral, the company would require 6 months worth of payments, totalling $800. This money was to be wired via Western Union to Alison Vasquez in Barcelona, Spain. Money was sent and I was told the $5000.00 would be deposited on 8/4/11. Well on 8/4/11 a man named Jason Moorse called and said he was a Senior loan manager and was Mark's boss, he told me that the company which was to loan me the money needed another $800 due to my credit rating. I asked him why a company would wait to inquire about my credit till after thet received themoney and not prior to the approval. I explained to him that I did not have any more money, he said that I could not receive the loan. I told him I needed the money which as sent to them return ASAP, he explained to me that the money was coming from Spain and it could not be returned to me until their next billing cycle which is Sept 2, 2011 and that they would be returning to me the original $800 plus the $65 cost of sending the funds Western Union. So they owe me $865.00, which is something I couldn't afford then and defenitly not now. This was my rent and electric money I used to send to them. i did inquire on the internet about the company and nothing like what I'm reading now showed up. I did receive a contract from them which was signed and returned.
