Like everyone else purchased trial offer for under $5.00 for shipping on 9/10/12. Then on 10/10/12 debited my card $97.88, so I contacted my bank and started dispute on charge from auravie. On 10/26/12 I sent them a email about dispute my bank has started when they charged my card. Same day they sent me a email about contacting one of their supervisor to settle this problem. On 10/29/12 I talked to supervisor ,Pat supervisor # 7041, and he told me he would refund $59.59 off of $98.77. On 10/31/12 my bank called and asked for Pat saying they would accept a refund of $59.59, but auravie said they would not honor Pat's proposal and my bank had to drop dispute. My bank told auravie that if they dropped dispute they could not reopen dispute, so they had to refund $59.59 to close the bank's dispute first. I am waiting for auravie to answer what my bank has said about the whole dispute. I will send all emails concerning this problem to Scambook. com ASAP. I am trying to settle this but auravie is giving me the run around and refusing to settle this problem. Auravie told by bank that they have spent $150 on lawyers fees so far?? Yea I really believe that and trust this company will honor anything they say.
