I checked my bank account and noticed a $29.95 charge from a company named, Zeal Money Solutions. I had never in my life heard of this company until the day I called about the charge. I called the company and after a very long wait,I ended up speaking with someone named, "Rose." I explained to her the charge on my account and she told me I had applied for a loan with another company and that company gave my application to Zeal. I then told her I want my money put back into my account and she proceeded to ask me if I still want a loan because she can process the loan application and then my fee would be refunded. I told her I wanted nothing to do with Zeal Money Solutions, nor did I ever apply for any loan with this company, so I do not want any loan with this company now. I also told her I would never get a loan from a company that illegally steals $29.95 from my bank account. After a while of explaining to this lady that I do not want a loan, she told me I would get a refund of the $29.95 charge to my account within 5-7 days. I told her if the money is not put back into my account the same day my bank would charge me an overdraft fee. She told me she would send me an overdraft letter which I should give to my bank explaining the credit that should be coming from Zeal Money Solutions and the bank should drop the overdraft fee. The letter was never sent to my email. So, now I had to file a dispute with my bank over the charges and hopefully have them dropped.
