Attached: Copies of Recycle Bin & Downloads - As you can see, I removed all of your software after only one day, and you had stated if I didn't want the software, you would refund the $69. I have no copies of the claims or the templates that were created on the first day because when I opened the file on the second day, the file was corrupt and everything was gone. You sent another download which I did not want and which I deleted. Then you sent only that message to my bank. You did not send the one where you promised a refund or the one where you called me a thief. The attached proves that the software was removed. I now use either paper claims or the free software http://www.mdcodewizard.com/CMS1500/. What can I do to show you that I do not have your software? This morning I searched and removed any trace of your software. Is there a way that you can tell that it is gone from my computer, and I have not used it since the first 24 hours? I don't mind paying a pro-rated part for the 24 hours use, but the entire $69 is not fair
