We bought Xbox live microsoft point and paid with VISA-card. WE han´t got any points yet. I made a complaint to the company and got a support ticket back with a number. Today when I tried to check the status, the number was invalid. I´m now sure I won`t get any points. My son is very sad because I bought it to him.
