on the 21/10/2012 I ordered a norton internet security 2012 disc 1 license 3 pc users .I recieved a 1 pc system builder edition.nothing like what I wanted it also says for distribution only with a new p.c not to be sold seperately.I e-mailed 25/26/10 2012 today the 29/10/2012 I received an automated e-mail telling me to phone the help desk which I had been doing previously for 2 hours I got line busy tried ringback { would not allow it} just read a post sounds same as me
