In Aug. 4 2012 I ordered a laptop battery model # m5414 order # nb77079 for a compaq laptop computer. I have called them so many times at a free toll phone # (888) 550 6658
and every time I call I get disconnected.
In Oct. 14, 2012 I sent them an E- Mail complaining about it, and they wrote back to me saying that my item was out of stock.
That it will be automatically shipped.
If they can not get my battery let them refund my money.
