Sept 6 I received a Notification system from National Magazine Exchange my prized # is in the grand prize for 1,100,000.00 and all they need was my name address & phone #. On Oct 15,2012 I received a Rapid Notice said I won 2,536,092.23 from Financial Acquisiton Agency but mail the Trscking Form verifying and initial next to your name,address,&phone# send the form and $20.00 so they can process your cash account rushed to you by federal bond must be postmarked by midnight 10/18/12 and sent in the reply envelope provided.butI did not notice the return zip code was not the same 33152-9962 until a couple of days later.
