I went on this web site selling ink cartridges and it was a secure site and I ordered 10 cartridges for $45.00 and they took it out of my bank account and then shut down the web site and all the links they posted are also shut down so I have no cartridges and I have no money now. The confirmation number is 1619605 and the tracking link is shut down to. I can forward the whole thing to you if necessary.

REMOVE THE COMPLAINT AGAINST 101INKS PLEASE. this is the 5 time I have emailed you and asked you to do this as the matter is resolved and there wasn't a matter in the first place. Thanks

- I have already resolved this complaint with the company. It seems it was an internet error not a company error and I did recieve my items. This company has really worked with me and they did nothing wrong. I got everything just fine but between the internet being down and snail mail it just took longer to recieve it and I couldn't get hold of anyone at the company. Please if you have any doubts about 101inks, don't worry they are legit and they will deliver what ever you order. And if there is a problem they will work will YOU to resolve it.
