Up front, I do not think they will reimburse me for this amount because I got the products. The problem is I thought I was just paying shipping for Auravie $2.98 and Levela $4.98. I was charged that amount then a couple weeks later I was charged $97.98 for the Auravie and $89.00 for the Levela. I called them on this and they said it was in their ad that after 10 days they could charge full price. I looked at the ad again and I did not see these two amounts mentioned anywhere. Also, the ad I read, the person they were using for an example first they said she came from Piketon, Ohio, the next time I saw the ad she was from Columbus,Ohio, then a third ad said she was from Portsmouth, Ohio. I wonder if she even exists.
