I was checking items that appeared on my computer and opened Bidrack. I gave them my info just to see what it was all about. Nothing was said about the 99.00 that was charged to my credit card. I wasn't interested in pursuing this so closed it up and forgot about it. I did notice that I kept getting emails from them and ignored them. Today I received my credit card statement and there was the charge. I have been trying to call them and there is no answer and their voice mail is full. What to do now? Please help in retrieving my 99.00 back to my credit card.
