Chris Waters (that is the name he is using) is advertising himself as an Attorney...then he "consults over the phone" takes your $$$, then does not answer emails, or phone calls for 10 days...
He then returns my call, and states many lies, then he recommends an remedy to my unlawful detainer is to "file bankruptcy" when i disagreed, he became irate and vulgar. He refused to give me his real name, refused to give me his address.
so, he did not do any work for me, or assist me in my case, led me to believe he could, but never performed any work.
this individual also had a com evictstoppers.com that had been defunked...
You can go to trustlink.com and see the reviews for this impersonator. He is definately not an attorney, but he is a psychopath...I believe his real name could be Chris Wimberly...
he uses chris waters, chris hamilton....

- His possible REAL name is Chris Wimberly. He got me for $1300. He not only DID NOT show up on my court date, ("I have a lot of cases, I can't show up for ALL of them"), he told me to lie in court by falsifying my signature on the agreement. He further told me to get a friend to lie about living with me so they would have to evict him too. THAT didn't work. He took my money and did nothing. I will see him behind bars.

- He got me for $500.00. We transferred the money to their acct. and his secretary said that she would email me the contract and she never did. i called back their bus. # just to find out it is no longer in service. i am unemployed and my spouse is disabled and just got out of the hosp and we have 4 kids, with only ssdi for an income and facing eviction after my landlord's property got foreclosed. Is there anything that we could do to get our money back and make them pay for their scam?
