This was a loan modification scam by both parties,Reliant does the marketing they mail you the information and you send them all the monies owed before anything is done upfront which is illegal to do they also summit a contract for you to fill out that is from the arize group 1800-719-8031 in the contract it says they are going to do a loan audit for you which is against the law to do as of january. What arize does is mail you 2 demand letters which is not what you signed up for to try to see if your mortgage company has the original note in which the mortgage company knows whats going on so this does not work and is a big waste of time for us and you mail the arize group all your information bank statements,bills,debt to income ratio etc. which is just to make it look good this information never comes into play in the process and once your demand letters do not work they tell you that you need to hire an attorney.This is not what all these people sighned up for and in the contract it states that if a loan audit is not performed you are entitled to a full refund and when i questioned nikki price from arize she agreed i was owed a refund and both parties blame each other for the money i am owed. At Arize Group over in Shawnee Kansas you have Ruby l. Price the owner she lives in bonnar springs Kansas Jeremy Burgens and Nikki Price these are cons that need to be locked up. At reliant home financial you have Tyler korn the co owner with A J Daoud they also go under d&k holdings inc. in ST. Louis MO. Amjad Daoud lives in Florissant MO. and Tyler Korn resides in ST.Louis with all the money they scammed people out of they opened a bar called Red sushi bar on main st in saint Charles in Missouri all these people need a reality check and they need to learn people do not work just to give our money to low lifes that do not want to work for it.
