There were unauthorized charges to my credit card without my knowledge. It just came to my attention with my statement this month. I have not used this account in several months and had no intention of renewing the membership. Further if you check activity you can see it has not been used nor do I even remember my user name and password. Please advise me as to this matter.

- I cancelled my membership a few months ago and charges were credited to my visa. Now onOct.3rd. there was a charge of $179.94for premium www.BE2.ca Zurich. This shouldn't be charged again ALL corespondence should have ended!!! Why am I billed again! \\\\\\\\\\\\\credit this charge to my visa
