a friend in military in afghanistan resquested his belonging sent prior to his departure, he paid $1400. i received notice that it cost 2090usd. it contained irreplaceable items he ageed to repay me. it was then held by customs ince un the US and was miising custom seals and others which cost 3650usd, i paid that to receive another bill for 5590usd in order for it to be delivered. my friend is crushed because he trusted this.
