I got sucked in by their Risk Free Trial offer. Paid for shipping and handling and the package was shipped on 9/17/12. Didnt get the package for a week. So that puts it about the end of Sept. and on 10/4/12 we get a charge to our account for the 97.88. My husband called and was told its 10 days from the date you place the order. So thats BS how can you try a product when the trial starts before you get it. Secondly they would not let us return it because it was opened. Again what part of trial if you can't try it???? This comapany is deceitful with their false advertising pratices. They should be sued. Then my husband called again and was told they would refund 1/2 the $$$ if we sent them an email that we would not refuse the charge. I sent them 2 and still no results. I am so tired of being taken advantage of. They will never ever see another dime from me.
