I purchased what I thought was a new battery charger for 18650 Batteries made by XTAR. The website did not disclose that they sell items without a factory box, no instructions and no warranty item. These items could well be refurbished or returns. Orbtronic.com should disclose this information on their site. I feel scammed, duped, lied to. Also they sent the wrong batteries (rapid/high discharge for a vaporizer). I ordered batteries for a flashlight (slow discharge) and all they offer are excuses instead of simply exchanging the batteries for the correct ones. Their customer service is poor at best.

- 1) I would like a total refund and 2) a change of business policy to an ethical one of full disclosure on the listing page for the item. This will allow a customer to make an informed decision before buying.
