Mr. Jerome contacted me from the Mate1.com. dating site. Originally stated to live in Chicago, Ill., and was finishing contruction of an "Estate complex" in Accra, Ghana which was funded by the Ghananian Government. Was working as Engineer with Afrivision Company, Ltd. Needed money to pay for all transactions, processing fees, taxes, etc., so he could claim and have access to his payment money. Claims he had sold all his properties to fund the construction project, and was not familiar with the process and all the fees he had incurred in, before he could have access to his money. I incurred in large, high interest personal loans to help him. He promised me we would have immediate access to the money once the fees were paid, and I would be able to pay these loans immediately. Now I have no means to help him NOR myself, and I have not heard from him since I told him what my financial situation is now, since I have been helping him.
