Last night I ordered online the cushions from forevercomfy.com. That I've seen on TV. I ordered: the cushions,which they would put more gel in if I wanted of course it would cost me more money. 3 robes, neck pillow.
It came $207.65. I ordered only one set.
I went back on line to cancsel my order and found that they had 2 orders charged to me.
I went into customer service and canceled 1 order. I copied the one that I canceled. but
they still charged me for it.
They charged me for two 2 sets coming $207.65 over what they said on screen. Plus $154.45
for that I want. I just talked the bank they
said the money would refunded but it would take 4-6 weeks. That is not acceptable to me.
I am 75 years old and I live on Social Security. I hope you can help me. jeanne Duval
