I purchased an ASUS tablet from this company. The tablet arrived with a broken screen. I contacted Sydney from the above company. He submitted a claim with Canada Post, received a check from Canada Post. He said he had sent the check and gave me a tracking number, which was false. I have tried to contact them again but they have rejected my email address. I paid for repairs and shipping, they said they would reimburse me for the costs. To date nothing.

- Very dissapointed in Garthageshop.com. They seem to want to be paid twice for my item!!

- They do not seem to want to work with me, they just ignore me. Very Very poor customer service, will not use or recommend them.
