I recently ordered a Redskins Jersey from the official NFL store and got a charge from a 'Shine clothing Beijing Trading Co.' from my bank statement taking $134 out of my account in addition to another $4.00 for 'international trading fee'. I never received a single email confirming my order or giving me tracking information on it. About five days after ordering it and not getting any feedback I realized that it might be a scam. I still haven't received the jersey and now am confident that I got duped. Is there anything we can do to stop them? where should one complain when such a thing happen? how is it possible that these people are able to mask their website as it being the official one for the NFL and swindle so many people? Does anyone have any info as to who to complain to so that this types of scam don't happen?

Yeah, I ordered a Chicago Bears jersey on October 15, 2012, from one of those "Cheap NFL Jersey" adds while on Facebook. I never received my jersey, an e-mail, or an answer back as to "where is my fuc*in' jersey"! My credit card statement shows that the money was taken from my account,.....and paid to the "Shine Clothing Company-Beijing"!! I am very pissed off that my credit card company says there is nothing they can do about it! Its outside the United States, so I guess its just my loss!! But my credit card company? Oh, its their loss to,.....because I'm dropping their asses also!!
