Sent in iPhone for money- as the site explains and looks legitimate, but never revived the cash or my iPhone back. Nothing. No emails, no communication... Just took my phone and left me high and dry.
Horrible customer service. Well... None. Horrible company.

I just got ripped off too. I think what you should do is file another case with their company. Then use the orange offer shipping tag to ship a heavy package, with nothing but heavy things. This will make them have to pay for a very heavy package with no valuable things inside.
Please pass this on to others that are ripped off by orange offer. Sooner or later this company will be losing thousands of dollars, and be forced to shut down their services.
Best of luck.
