this happened just before i was hospitalized with my heart problems .i was on the internet and went to a different website that looked interestingcalled cool handle but for some reason it promted me to purchase these items ..look im in poor health right now i have congested heart failure and i am possibly going back in i had no problems with cool handle yet i put in a complaint today because like i said i just got out of hospital..bottom line is i want my refund of 147.95which is on my mastercard the ending #(Personal Information Removed) .please expedite asap i really appreciate your help if you want to call me my cell# (Personal Information Removed) thank you kindly
