i canceled my trail offer and they chared 89.95 dollar sent it back to the address on box in israel and have heard anything fromthem i sent it back 9-5-12 and have post office riecpt can any one do something.

I also had a very bad experience with this 'free trial' offer. I emailed their customer services to clarify a couple of points and after a couple of brief, incomplete answers got no further response whatsoever to my questions about the product and auto-fill system.
I therefore cancelled it, purely down to their lack of response, and returned the items.
Later I saw that my credit card had been charged and dealt with my credit card's fraud department to stop any further amounts from being taken and to get a refund of the first one.
I suggest you do the same with your credit card company or bank.
