I came home and got the mail from the mail box. upon examining it i found a letter stating, DISBURSEMRNT ADVISORY, telling me that i had been confirmed as a winner of a cash reward of $2,997,500.00. I thank GOD,for my wife who advised me against sending them the $25.00 registrant fee.She immediately say that it was a SCAM. And i should check them out on the internet which led me to this site.You should never have to pay for something that you have won.

- The Morgan,phelps and stern is total ripoff!!If all theses people has reported theses people why havent Better BUSINESS Bureau done something with theses people?If anyone lives near these people,turn their sorry ass in to police!!!
