I purchased a set of 2 shoes online from samuel Windsor, i returned one of the pair's back to the customer 2 days after because i did not like it, i also sent the return slip in a separate mail. The mis-take i did was that now of these mails was registered.
It's been a month now since i send this shoes back.
The customer has refused to accept receiving both mails and have as well refused to make a refund, please advice me on how to get my money back.
