I ordered a "free" sample of both Levela and AuraVie. I was to pay shipping and handling on each product.
I noticed today that each company has charged me for a new bottle/jar of product. Because of this I have incurred (2) $34.00 overdraft fees. I haven't even used the free samples yet.
I have been able to contact Levela today and they say they will refund the $89.95. . . but I will follow this to see if they do. I've also sent an email to AuraVie with no response as of yet.

- follow up to my earlier complaint. First I contacted Levela and they refunded my money and then I contacted my bank. The bank as a courtesy put the money back in my bank account. Thank you Jesus for Your everloving care! I then contacted AuraVie and they said it was a 10 day trial period. But then stated there was a 30 day refund period, but items had to be sent back with the seals in tact. Question, how can you test it and send it back with the seal in tact???? I'm still trying to get the money back for this one....
