i applied for a loan with wentworth direct finance who said i had been accepted for a loan, then took a one of payment of £69.00 from my bank account with out my permission. herd nothing since can not email them phone rings all the time but no one answers.

I enquired about a loan with this company. Was told I had to provide my card details and subsequently £69 was taken from my account. I have written to the company, emailed, tried phone calls. No answer, then I found this site.
Together along with all the other complaints I hope to take my complaint to small claims and sue to get my money back -
